Cancellation policy

Plans change. Here is the simple process for cancelling participation, moving a session, or understanding what happens next.

Effective 15 September 2026

01

What cancellation means

This policy explains how to cancel or change your participation in an online coaching programme or scheduled session. Cancellation stops future participation where that is possible; it does not automatically create a refund. Refund questions are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

02

Cancelling before a programme starts

If you need to cancel before your programme begins, contact us as soon as possible using the contact route in your order confirmation. We will confirm whether access or coaching has already started and explain the available options, which may include a transfer, credit, or refund where appropriate.

03

Changing a scheduled session

If your programme includes a scheduled one-to-one or group session, ask to reschedule as early as you can. Unless your programme page or welcome message says otherwise, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. We will try to offer one reasonable alternative when availability allows.

Late cancellations and missed sessions may count as used because the time was reserved for you. We will take genuine emergencies and circumstances outside your control into account.

04

Fixed-term access and renewals

Our coaching programmes are normally fixed-term digital services. Cancelling participation does not extend the access period or create a refund for unused lessons unless the offer terms or applicable law say so.

We will not treat a programme as automatically renewed unless renewal and the related charge were clearly disclosed before you committed to them. If a service does renew, the cancellation instructions and notice period will be provided with that service.

05

How to submit a cancellation

Use the contact route provided in your order confirmation or on the website. Include your name, order or programme details, and whether you are asking to cancel access, move a session, or discuss a refund. We will confirm receipt and tell you what happens next.

06

If we need to cancel

We may need to cancel, postpone, or change a session or programme because of availability, safety, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will give as much notice as practical and explain whether a new date, replacement, credit, or refund is available.

07

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes a cancellation, cooling-off, or other consumer right that applies to you under South African law. If you believe a legal right applies to your situation, tell us when you contact us so we can consider it properly.
