About these terms
These terms apply when you browse this website or buy an online coaching programme, challenge, masterclass, or other digital resource from Siya Mapoko. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Siya Mapoko and the business operating this website. “You” means the person using the website or placing an order.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If a programme page or order confirmation contains specific terms for that programme, those terms apply alongside this page and take priority where there is a conflict.
02
Our services
We provide practical business education for small business owners, including coaching, digital lessons, group sessions, templates, and related resources. The aim is to help you develop a clearer offer, approach potential corporate partners, and pursue sponsorship opportunities.
What is included, how long access lasts, and whether sessions are live or recorded will be described on the relevant programme or checkout page. We may update lesson order, examples, or delivery tools when that improves the service without materially changing what you bought.
03
Orders, payment, and access
Prices are shown in South African rand unless we clearly say otherwise. Your order is accepted when you receive an order or enrolment confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for checking that the programme is suitable for your needs before paying.
Access is normally provided after successful payment through the delivery method described at checkout. Keep your login details and private programme links secure. Access is for you only and may not be sold, shared, or transferred without our written permission.
04
Your part in the work
Coaching works best when you participate, complete the practical work, and make your own decisions. You are responsible for checking that an idea fits your business, resources, customers, and legal obligations before acting on it.
You must use the website and programme materials lawfully, honestly, and respectfully. Do not disrupt the service, impersonate another person, upload harmful material, or use another customer’s personal information without permission.
05
Learning materials and intellectual property
The lessons, recordings, worksheets, templates, written material, brand elements, and other resources we provide belong to us or our licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use them for your own business learning.
You may not copy, publish, resell, sublicense, distribute, upload, or use the materials to create a competing product without our written permission. You keep ownership of your own business information and work that you create independently.
06
Results and professional advice
We teach a process and share experience; we do not promise a particular partnership, sponsorship, revenue result, funding outcome, or business growth rate. Results depend on your business, execution, market, relationships, and factors outside our control.
The service is educational and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Speak to a suitably qualified professional when you need advice for a specific decision.
07
Availability, changes, and ending access
We work to keep the website and digital services available, but we cannot promise that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause access for maintenance, security, or reasons outside our reasonable control.
We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the materials, or behave in a way that harms other participants. This does not remove any rights you have under applicable consumer law or our Refund and Cancellation Policies.
08
Liability and consumer rights
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, missed opportunities, or business decisions you make after using the service. Nothing in these terms limits a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including rights you may have under South African consumer law.
09
Governing law and questions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We will try to resolve questions or concerns directly and fairly before either side takes further steps.
For questions about an order or these terms, use the contact route provided in your order confirmation or on the website. Please include your name, the programme involved, and enough detail for us to help.
